Once your subscription is activated, we cannot offer refunds or changes. At Digitalweb, our sole responsibility is to activate your subscription for the agreed-upon duration.

To confirm activation of your subscription, we will send you a screenshot of our panel by email.

We aim to activate and ship your IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller panels within 24 hours of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth process, please let us know what type of device you are using for your IPTV subscription.

If we don’t receive the device information in the order notes, we will activate and send you an m3u list. Please note that we will not be able to change the format in the future.

It is important to note that at Digitalweb, we have no control over the content provided or issues related to the nature of IPTV.
